The Professional Bachelor’s degree is a dynamic way to obtain a longer education. After graduating it is possible to study relevant Master’s degree programmes in Denmark or abroad.
With a BA degree from Business Academy Aarhus you are qualified to take a master's degree abroad.
Business Academy Aarhus has a number of agreements with foreign universities who give credit transfers to students who have obtained one of our BA degrees.
MSc in Economics and Business Administration
Before you begin your MSc studies you will have to supplement with some extra courses at the university or business school that you are applying to.
The extent of the supplementation depends on the institution that you apply to. You should note that you can only be admitted to the MSc programme if your qualifying degree for the Professional Bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing Management is an AP degree in Marketing Management – any other relevant supplementary subjects after you have earned any other degree are irrelevant to your admission. As a main rule all lines require that the electives studied during your Marketing Management programme must have been business economics and statistics.
If you are interested in admission to universities other than the ones mentioned below, then you have to check with the individual university to find out what your options are.
Aarhus University (School of Business and Social Sciences)
Provided that you have taken statistics and business economics as electives for your Marketing Management AP degree, as well as our BSS-credit module on the BA in International Sales and Marketing Management, you will have direct access to Aarhus University’s MSc Programme (Cand.Merc.).
Please note that after the summer of 2016, it will no longer be possible be take supplementary subjects in order to be accepted into Aarhus University’s MSc programme. You will need to have completed our AP Degree in Marketing Management and our Bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing Management with the above mentioned electives.
University of Southern Denmark
At the University of Southern Denmark you have to supplement with courses of 5-20 ECTS. The extent of the supplementation depends on your choice of programme.
At the University of Southern Denmark you can study supplementary subjects in order to be admitted to their MSc programmes in Economics and Business Administration. How much you need to supplement depends on the programme you choose. You should note that as of 2013, the University of Southern Denmark has introduced general admission requirements.
