The Management Academy

The Management Academy is one of the higher education and competence development offeres at Business Academy Aarhus. We teach academic subjects within management, HR and organisational development. The Management Academy offers certified degree programmes at academy, diploma and Master’s degree levels, professional courses and consultancy services adapted to you or your business.

All our programmes aim at making a difference in the day-to-day lives of you and your company. We therefore place great emphasis on giving you an opportunity to apply the theory taught in the tasks you carry out for your company. Our tuition is based on dialogue, and we encourage you to engage in discussions with fellow students in order to test your knowledge and your experience.

Since 1995, we have worked with a large number of clients from large public and private companies as well as small organisations.

Master in Leadership

A Master’s degree programme with a focus on leadership

From September 2011, the Management Academy at Business Academy Aarhus will offer a Master’s degree programme in Leadership, which will be taught in English. It is a two-year part-time degree programme for supervisors and project managers who would like to further develop their leadership competences by completing a theoretical degree programme with a large practical component.
