Admission Requirements
All applications are evaluated individually. In addition to good examination results from a previous education, emphasis will be put on other qualifications such as stays abroad and company experience, as well as general motivation. If possible qualified applicants will be invited to a personal interview.
Danish applicants
For Danish students the requirements are the same as for the Danish programme.
Foreign applicants
Non-Danish students must apply for admission on the same terms as Danish students. They are eligible for admission if they hold either a Danish qualifying examination or qualifications recognized or assessed as being comparable to the Danish entrance qualifications.
Examples include:
• Upper secondary certificates and diplomas from the Nordic countries, European
countries and other countries that have signed the European Convention on the
Equivalence of Diplomas Leading to Admission to Universities;
• The International and the European Baccalaureate;
• High school diplomas from the United States either followed by two years of
university or college studies in relevant subjects. This also applies to applicants
with a high school diploma from countries with a similar educational system;
• Bachelor's degrees in relevant subjects from universities in African countries,
Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, China and the Philippines.
Specific requirements for all foreign applicants
In order to be admitted to the Multimedia Design and Communication students must have especially good and documented qualifications in:
English
International students must pass an internationally approved tests. We accept these test with the minimum scores:
• IELTS: 6.0
• TOEFL Internet based: 80
• TOEFL Computer based: 213
• TOEFL Paper based: 550
• Oxford Placement: 140
• Cambridge test: CAE
• TOEIC: 700
Excepted from this requirement are applicants holding Nordic entrance exams. Danish students are recommended level B/A or equivalent.
Mathematics
Mathematics at the Danish C-level or a foreign equivalent thereof. Five main areas must have been thoroughly covered: Numbers, geometry, functions, differential calculus and statistics and probability.
