After you have applied
Once you have applied, you will receive a receipt that we have received your application.
Now you must wait for an answer.
The Admissions team do an all over assessment of the applications based on the required and optional documentation. From this assessment the best qualified applicants are selected for our programmes and will receive a Letter of Intent on 9 May. If we find it necessary, we will do a clarifying Skype interview.
The remaining qualified applicants will receive an answer whether they are admitted or not on the 26 July.
If you have applied for a programme with study start in January, you will receive an answer on 26 November.
Where do I find my answer?
The answer is sent to the email address you have provided when applying.
If you have a Danish CPR number the answer is sent to your e-boks.
I haven't received my answer!
First of all – please check your spam folder.
Even though you have applied for several programmes, you will only get one answer. You will receive an answer from the programme you are admitted to.
If you are not offered a study place on any programme, you will receive only one rejection letter.
The study place is only yours, if you accept the study place via the link provided in your Admission Letter.
If you do not fulfill the admission requirements, you will receive a rejection e-mail, as soon as we have evaluated your application.
If you fulfill the admission requirements, but you are not admitted, you will receive a rejection letter.
When do I receive my rejection letter?
Your rejection letter is sent to your email address on the 26 July.
If you have a Danish CPR number, the answer is sent to your e-boks.
Remember, that if you are offered a study place for one programme, you do not receive a rejection letter from the programmes you are not admitted to.
What can I do, if I receive a rejection letter?
You will find guidance in your rejection letter.
