The telephone lines are open from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm and on Fridays from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. You can then choose the specific department you’re looking for or get personal assistance. Some departments may have different opening hours.
Please note that during holiday periods and public holidays, we have reduced opening hours or are closed.
Come and visit us
At Sønderhøj 30, you can find your way around as soon as you enter through the front door or take a seat in the waiting area if you are to be met at the main entrance. If you have any questions on arrival, you can find help via signs or a contact number.
There are also signs and a contact number at the entrances to Sønderhøj 7G and Sønderhøj 11, should you need assistance on arrival.
At Ringvej Syd 104, you can visit the reception desk on Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 9.30 am. Alternatively, you can find your way around the entrance area by using the information screen, signs, or the contact number where you can get help.
