On Mondays to Thursday, you can reach us between 7.45-15.30, and on Fridays from 7.45-14.00 on telephone number +45 7228 6000.

Report to the reception at the campus you are visiting (only Sønderhøj 30 and Ringvej Syd).
At the Sønderhøj campus, we are available on Sønderhøj 30 Monday to Thursday between 7.45-15.30 and Friday between 7.45-14.00.
At the Ringvej Syd campus, we are available Monday to Thursday between 7.30-14.30 and Friday between 7.45-13.45.
Special opening times in July 2025
On Saturday 5 July, you can contact the admission team at +45 7228 6130 or apply@baaa.dk from 8 am until 3 pm.
On Sunday 6 July, the Academy is closed.
From Monday 7 July to Friday 11 July, you can contact the student counsellors at +45 7228 6020 or guidance@baaa.dk from 8 am until 2 pm.
From Saturday 12 July to Sunday 27 July, the Academy is closed.
On Monday 28 July, when multimedia design applicants receive an answer, you can contact us at +45 7228 6000, guidance@baaa.dk or on our social media from 8 am until 3 pm.
After that, we will be back to our normal opening hours.
Please note that the SU Office and other functions may have different opening times during the summer.
