It is the applicant’s responsibility to make sure that the correct signature page is uploaded.

Remember to date and sign the signature page before uploading.

The deadline for uploading your signature page is the same as the application deadline.

This form is for signature pages only. Other attachments must be uploaded on optagelse.dk

You can only upload one signature page in the form. If you apply for more than one programme, you must complete a separate form for each programme.

The personal data that you provide to Business Academy Aarhus through your Signature Page will be used to manage your application. Read our entire personal data policy here

If you are applying through a higher education recruitment consultant, please select the name on the list. If you aren't applying through a recruitment consultant, please select the option (none) from the list.
The signature page must be uploaded in pdf, jpg or png format with a name that clearly indicates your name and the programme you are applying for, for example 'Peter Johnson Multimedia Design'. The file name must be as short as possible and without any special characters. The file must not be larger than 20 MB.
