With this 7-days part-time subject ‘Project Management’, you will learn all the basic skills within project management and leading a project.
With this subject, you will increase your project management skills to become a competent and professional project manager or employee who can initiate, implement and complete your organisation’s projects.
The subject is for current and future project managers and employees, who have projects as part of their job functions. You will get the knowledge and tools to manage projects from start to finish.
Once you have taken this subject, you will be able to:
- Lead, manage or participate in interdisciplinary collaborations in projects either as a project manager or project participant.
- Develop own practices in relation to the project management area • apply the subject’s skills in their own organisation.
- Lead and manage projects in relation to the project’s context.
- Collaborate and communicate in projects - analogue and digital.
Teaching based on practical learning
The basis of the teaching is your daily life. It is therefore important that you are active and contribute with your own experience.
Your learning transpires through combination, where you get new knowledge through presentations and reflection – and not least through sparring in smaller groups.The teaching is in english.

Diploma and ECTS credits
You end the subject with a written project report and an oral exam, which has based on a business case. You will be marked according to the Danish 7-point scale.
'Project Management' gives 10 ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) to your CV.
